position details/responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct onscreen quality overlays, takeoffs, and descriptive narratives
• Organize Change Order Team files to ensure Estimator can easily find documents
• Transfer overlays and takeoff information into Accubid Change Order Management
• Help the Estimator prepare the proposal to sell to the client
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in processes
• Attend technical training sessions and share knowledge learned with team members
• Learn to be proficient in the following Software: Change Order Management (COM), Accubid Change Order Pro (COP), Accubid Live Count, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle
• Typical minimum commitment to this fast track position is 12 months

here's what we're looking for

• One year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Works well with new technology and systems
• Accubid, Bluebeam, AutoBid preferred)
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient
• Able to provide a high level of customer service
