Channel Enablement Manager 

The Channel Enablement Manager will develop and implement world class enablement programs for Fastly’s Channel Partners. They will combine a passion for problem-solving, coaching, and simplifying concepts to drive learning and establish positive relationships with Revenue Organization members, Executive leadership, and Fastly Partners. They will work cross-functionally with multiple parts of the business - Sales, Channel Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Product - to continually discover and meet the objectives of a dynamic, growing business.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with revenue leadership and individual contributors to develop, execute, optimize, and assess comprehensive Channel Enablement programs
  • Identity and understand the competencies Channel Partners need to master Fastly Sales, and  build scalable and measurable learning programs to achieve these outcomes
  • Design, implement, and deliver training in a variety of formats including in-person, virtually, one-on-one, and video to create an engaging learning experience
  • Design and execute Partner Enablement activities such as monthly webinars and events focused on up-skilling Fastly Partners
  • Manage internal enablement for Fastly’s revenue team on partner-related topics
  • Work with Customer Enablement Team to implement and design technical learning paths from Fastly Academy content. 
  • Gather and relay data points and feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Manage the Fastly Partner Portal content to enable Channel Partners with training, marketing materials and engaging content. 
  • Leverage sales enablement software tech stack (Highspot, Skilljar, SurveyMonkey, ZenDesk, iMovie, Salesforce, etc.) to drive learning and ensure resources are easily accessible.
  • Work closely with channel team members to ensure objectives are met and communicate feedback, success stories, roadblocks, and lessons learned

Work Hours:

  • This position will require you to be available during core business hours

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of Channel Enablement experience with increasing responsibility at a SaaS or tech company
  • A self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and working with cross-functional, executive-level decision makers to uncover needs and resolve pressing business issues
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while adhering to high levels of accuracy and quality of work
  • Excellent communication skills and experience writing, editing, and presenting to multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong understanding of the Channel environment including successful channel strategies, enablement, support, operations, and sales processes. 
  • Ability to design innovative channel enablement strategies, providing thought-leadership to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience owning, developing, implementing, and measuring trainings, learning paths, or projects within a high-growth organization
  • Experience selling, supporting, or enabling learning on a highly technical product

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements

This position is a remote role and open to candidates residing in the following locations: San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO. 

This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $113,220 to $166,500.

Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
