About the Role

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Channel Growth Marketing Manager will oversee our campaigns to potential broker partners, as well as direct marketing to small and medium size businesses. In this role, the marketing manager is responsible for driving initial broker interest, supporting efforts to foster broker relationships, and helping to build a predictable direct to employer sales funnel. The channel manager will help create and execute targeted outbound campaigns while managing our events marketing efforts.

Core to our company's success is the ability of the market manager to identify brokers who, through their network of clients, can help us expand the HRA market through education and promotion. Though we’ve made some incredible progress over the past few years, we need you to come in, partner with our account sales team and be laser-focused on helping them achieve their goals. Put simply, we want someone who comes in everyday and asks, “How can I help my team win?” and then put that answer into action.

What you will be doing

  • Manage our broker marketing strategy
  • Build and manage an events marketing strategy
  • Develop a culture of data and analytics for forecasting and planning
  • Optimize outbound marketing automation (Hubspot) and lead nurturing processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve paid marketing strategies
  • Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and optimization

  • Growth mindset with a bias towards action and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS company
  • 3+ years in channel and/or outbound focused marketing
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging marketing automation and reporting to support marketing efforts (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Plus: Experience in marketing directly to insurance brokers
  • Start-up experience a plus
