Channel Manager
Job Description
The Channel Manager oversees the creation of marketing campaigns to support successful product promotions and product launches ensuring achievement of KPI's and product growth targets They manage media budgets and oversee advertising campaigns to support product growth. They also develop channel specific marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Credit Union products and services. The Channel Manager will analyze data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities and strategies to ensure success.
What you will do here:
Collaborate effectively with lines of business to develop marketing strategies, maintain relationships and execute marketing campaigns
Develop channel specific marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption Credit Union products and services
Manage budgets and optimizing ad spends
Analyze data to identify market trends, audience segmentation and overall campaign performance. Leverages the data analysis to identify new opportunities or strategies.
Work with marketing team members to manage and prioritize projects and ensure projects are moving forward on time and within budget.
Identify unique and creative marketing strategies to keep products top of mind for consumers and potential members
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
3+ years of experience successfully running marketing campaigns and/or in advertising required.
1+ years of Financial Institution experience preferred.
Expertise with marketing concepts and strategies required.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing, product management, product delivery, sales/sales support and budget management required.
Demonstrated competency with advertising platforms, digital marketing and media buying required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and at times under very busy conditions with proficiency in typing, usage of multi-systems required.
Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communications skills required.
Strong analytical skills required.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
Expertise using Google Analytics required.
Proficiency using Workfront preferred.
