Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized candidate seeking a challenging and rewarding employment opportunity in a fast-paced environment as a strong contributor to the Channel Marketing team that will support and help identify ways to drive volume for Cambria trade professionals. The Channel Marketing Associate will leverage data to help determine new strategic opportunities, plan and execute promotion and programs and drive transactions at the retail level. Additionally, the Channel Marketing Associate will provide critical support, integration and communication serving Cambria's sales organization. This position will work cross-functionally throughout the marketing department and greater Cambria organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help build and maintain the Cambria brand with prioritized trade segments for transaction, residential and commercial businesses
  • Help identify programs that drive demand and reach trade professionals within the channel. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute
  • Review research and data to monitor, measure and identify current successes and critical opportunities for channel success that drives to increased specifications of Cambria
  • Reinforce timelines and agendas that drive execution
  • Analyze, capture and communicate customer and competitive insights
  • Recommend and execute promotion and marketing activity within the retail showroom that promote the brand and drive retail transaction
  • Help identify and create meaningful support and education for channel segments to deepen their advocacy with Cambria
  • Understand tools and resources critical to assist the specification of Cambria with trade professionals
  • Help identify, build and maintain Cambria branding and execution within retail setting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Sales team; collaborate for maximum program success in the local market
  • Support and assist in communication opportunities designed for channel partners with measured effectiveness
  • Serve as host to channel partners visiting facilities in MN when needed
  • Represent the perspective and voice of the channel partners and advocate for their needs within the marketing department and great organization
  • Assist the Channel team as needed and perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field.

Experience: 2-4 years marketing experience, understanding of channel marketing and/or design-build industry a plus

Systems: Proficient in Google Suites
