Are you ready to join a collaborative, results-focused team that enjoys helping businesses accomplish their goals? In this role, you'll report to the Director of Marketing (OnTask), and will be essential in building out our Channel Marketing program.

A day in life includes being responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs aimed at promoting OnTask through its channel partners. The primary focus of this role is to build and manage successful partnerships with channel partners to drive sales growth in target markets.

About the Role:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop a channel marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Partner Enablement: Work closely with key channel partners and internal key team members to provide necessary training, resources, and support. Ensure channel partners have the knowledge and materials they need to effectively market and sell OnTask.
  • Co-Marketing Programs: Collaborate with channel partners to create co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Generation: Create and execute channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support partner onboarding and enablement
  • Marketing Collateral: Developing and maintaining marketing collateral that can be customized by channel partners for their specific needs. This includes brochures, datasheets, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with channel partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and dynamics. Continuously refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze and interpret channel and program performance data to understand marketing effectiveness and ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for channel marketing activities. This includes allocating funds for various marketing programs, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the marketing budget is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate: Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to establish joint marketing initiatives and develop supporting content.

Work Schedule/Environment:

  • This can be a work-from-home-based role in any of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington.
  • We offer a flexible work schedule.
  • Employees can also work from our Tampa, FL, Office if they wish.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of related channel marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of channel experience. Preferably SaaS.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking with high attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
