Reports to: Vice President, Product Marketing
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $100K to $115K base, plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:Â
The Channel Marketing Manager is a self-starting marketer who partners closely with channel partners, channel sales, product marketing, brand marketing, and growth marketing to drive the strategy and execution plan for programs and initiatives that gain partner mindshare, generate partner demand, recruit new partners, enhance the partner experience, and help protect our customers. Â
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing, and work closely with the sales and marketing organization to build a partner marketing program that strengthens our relationship with the raving fan base of Huntress partners and helps them drive their own revenue objectives.Â
Your primary goals are to create programs that recruit new partners, engage and educate new partners, and create resources and collateral to enable partners' marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute “to marketing” campaigns to recruit new partners
- Created “through marketing” campaign materials to help Huntress partners articulate the value of our offerings to the end users
- Lead partner enablement, from strategy to execution, to ensure partners are well-versed in Huntress products and featuresÂ
- Work with the channel account management and community teams to build relationships with key partners to understand their needs, gather program feedback, and strategize on new initiatives
- Analyze program performance data to identify trends and make recommendations that drive business results
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- 2+ years of experience in channel/partner Marketing or related experience Â
- Experience working with cybersecurity vendors and/or Managed Service Providers
- Self-starter with a service attitude who has strong communication and writing skills, a partner-first attitude, and the ability to create and launch high-impact programs that yield measurable results Â
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build tight working relationships with sales leaders and the partner community
- Someone who wants to drive strategy and build a partner program, not just execute someone else’s vision
