What we need:
Mohawk produces some of the most innovative flooring products on the market and we are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to bring our innovative products to life. The Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for marketing activities executed through channel networks to support the brands we produce and sell.
What you'll do:
- Develop marketing and communication materials for marketing initiatives internally and.
- externally and provide support for trade shows and sales/marketing meetings.
- Oversee day-to-day marketing support to ensure products and programs are positioned effectively among channel partners and internal sales teams.
- Manage content, product updates, respond and trouble-shoot sales and customer inquiries on channel website, while closely working with eComm team and vendors.
- Manage and execute channel campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to expand, share and achieve aggressive digital platform growth targets.
- Work in close strategic collaboration with internal partners to leverage messaging and new product sales tools, to build knowledge and engagement, and to grow channel partnerships.
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred.
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, communications, or related discipline.

- Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, with strong personal organization, poise and professionalism.
- Communicating and negotiating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules.
- Achieving results through team efforts, challenging established practices and drawing relevant conclusions.
- Connecting with employees, stakeholders and community partners at all levels, and building strong relationships.
- Working independently, setting priorities and multitasking to meet deadlines.
