The role of the Channel Partner is to build and manage strong, productive relationships with our channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You’ll identify and evaluate potential new partners and manage their onboarding while also managing the performance of our existing partners. Providing the channel partner teams with the support they need to succeed is an essential part of the role.
A day in the life of our Channel Partner:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and work closely with them to achieve our goals
- Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to align with channel efforts
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product solution offerings
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement channel partner programs for training and marketing incentives
- 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, or experience working as a Channel Partner
- Extensive knowledge of the sales process and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- A skilled and experienced presenter to partners and stakeholders, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in software sales, channel management/sales, and account management at an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) software company
- Extensive experience in sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce and solid knowledge of GTM strategies
The salary range for this role is $130,000- $175,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
