Channel Partner Manager
Job Description
monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team in North America to manage and grow an existing book of high-performing partners. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their businesses with monday.com.
Core Responsibilities:
- Help our partners achieve their ARR goals through new business and expansions
- Develop and help deploy GTM strategies to support their solutions and offerings
- Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions
- Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings
- Be the connector to our enablement teams to ensure partners are taking advantage of the resources at their disposal
- Employ account management skills to help partners expand their books of business
This role offers you the ability to make a start-up-sized impact with the resources of an established, public company.
We will be especially excited to hear from you if you have experience in vertical solutions and/or service partnerships that drive subscription revenue.
This role is available for hybrid opportunities for applicants based in NYC.
About The Role:
- You’re the boss of your book: ​​Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach
- Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
- Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions
- Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions
- Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
- Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs – must, BUT it doesn’t have to be for at least 3 years. We will train you in our style of partnerships. We just need you to have a solid foundation for the work and an eagerness to learn.
- Experience in a global work environment.
- Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.
- Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach.
- You move fast. You fail fast. You get back up and keep going.
- You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partners' needs, you can tactfully negotiate.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130,000-$165,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
