Job Description
Your mission
- As our Channel Partnerships Director, you will be the face of SpotMe with our US partners. Channel partners include event technology companies, sales, and marketing automation platforms, and event agencies.
Your role
- You will report to the Head of Sales and you will work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, the Business Development Director (key deals, partnerships) and with the Marketing, Engineering and Product VPs. Today we have a US sales team of 10 - account executives, account managers, sales engineers and sales development. Our sales stack is based on Salesforce, Gainsight, Chili Piper, Apollo, Clearbit and Gong.
Responsibilities
- Attain channel pipeline targets
- Build and expand relationships with existing technology partners in event technology, marketing automation and life sciences
- Develop US partner strategy and framework
- Identify potential new channel partners
- Evaluate, onboard and enable new event agency partners
- Create new business opportunities jointly with partners
Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience, including 3 in channel/partnership/alliances management
- Primary experience with enterprise B2B SaaS at scale ($5-50m ARR, >$50k ACV, +50% growth)
- Experience in event tech, martech, enterprise collaboration or life sciences
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Veeva, IQVIA or is a plus
- Track record with hiring and retaining talents
- Central/Eastern remote or Chicago hybrid
