Job Description:


As a Channel Sales Lead, your role involves strategically managing relationships with channel partners to drive brand onboarding and increase awareness of Flip's marketplace via the channels ecosystem. 


Proactively engage with existing channel partners to drive potential leads and opportunities for the Flip business.


Providing necessary support and resources to help them convert these opportunitiesProvide partners with sales collateral, product demonstrations, and other resources they need to effectively promote Flip. 


Identify and establish partnerships with marketplaces, agencies, system integrators, 3PLs, and platform partners that can help drive both top-of-funnel (awareness) and bottom-of-funnel (conversion) activities for Flip. 


Cultivate strong relationships with these partners, understanding their business objectives and align with the goals of Flip.


Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align channel partner activities with overall sales and marketing strategies.


Regularly communicate with channel partners to keep them informed about new product developments, promotional campaigns, and other relevant updates.


Provide partners with timely feedback and support to address any issues or challenges they may encounter in promoting Flip to their clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex partnership deals with top partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with partnership management platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the e-commerce industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies for tracking partnership performance and ROI.
