Position Overview

This is an exciting position on the Global Channel Strategy and Programs team for a Programs Manager to independently drive and manage the NAMER channel partner programs together with Channel leadership, Partner Managers and the Global Channel Programs team. You will be responsible for driving the overall implementation of the Channel Program/project goals and objectives across the region.

In this role, you are working closely with different geos and global stakeholders across a variety of business functions. You perform a versatile role, including partnering with Geo channel sales leadership, interaction with Partners, detailed design of initiatives, programs and processes, project management, communications, and team management. The person in this role will build a professional and international internal and external network that jointly provides industry solutions to the market that allows our customers to Make Anything.

Responsibilities

  • Share and understand the global channel strategy and objectives with team, internal and external stakeholders, build regional channel programs if necessary to drive company KPIs
  • Work with Global Program Managers, Centers of Excellence groups, and stakeholders to provide regional input for the design and build process and to refine the annual programs
  • Manage the end-to-end process from regional requirements to communication, implementation, and ongoing support
  • Business Partner to NAMER Channel Sales leadership and stakeholders (legal, finance etc)
  • Conduct analysis of partner performance of implemented programs and KPIs (which may include design of geo specific initiatives)
  • Manage program governance and approval for region
  • Subject matter expert resource on channel partner framework for various partner types including: backend incentives programs, tier and specialization programs, and more
  • Ensure, in cooperation with other functions, that the programs work effectively in NAMER (business-wise, financially, legally)
  • Managing Channel Communications (written, contractual and live briefings) and present to stakeholders and leadership (both internal and external)
  • Additional responsibilities: Program and Field expertise in global projects / initiatives
  • Project management & communication and approval planning and management
  • Given the impact and rollout scope certain programs may have, it is essential that timelines are kept and formal processes for projects are applied
  • You are part of a team that is spread globally. The position includes participation in WW calls that may take place during early mornings or late evenings

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in channel, sales, or program management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize, self-motivated and can-do attitude
  • Ability to see and consider the end-to-end impact of a program or initiative, including business, operational, finance and legal aspects when engaging in detailed design process and discussion
  • Ability and interest in understanding the details of the program or initiative, which may include systems and data sets
  • Good understanding of how multi-tier channel go-to-market works
  • Good communication skills (written, presenting, PowerPoint), comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Good program documentation skills (written) with attention to details
  • Project management skills (incl. managing project team members)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic, changing environment
  • Advanced user of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Comfortable using MS Office and online / web-based communication tools (Team, Zoom, Go-to meeting etc.) daily

Vous occuperez un poste stimulant au sein de l'equipe des programmes et de la strategie des canaux mondiaux. La personne qui occupera ces fonctions sera le directeur ou la directrice des programmes et charge(e) de mener et de gerer de manière independante les programmes de partenariat des canaux nord-americains, en collaboration avec les responsables des canaux, les gestionnaires de partenaires et l'equipe des programmes des canaux mondiaux. Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre globale des objectifs du programme et du projet de canaux de distribution dans la region.

À ce titre, vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec differentes parties prenantes provenant du monde entier dans le cadre de vos diverses fonctions commerciales. Vous assumerez un rôle polyvalent, notamment en etablissant des partenariats avec les responsables des ventes des canaux de distribution de differentes zones geographiques, en interagissant avec les partenaires, en concevant des initiatives, des programmes et des processus detailles, en gerant des projets et des equipes et en communiquant. La personne qui occupera ce poste mettra en place un reseau professionnel et international, interne et externe, qui fournira conjointement au marche des solutions industrielles permettant a notre clientèle de creer n'importe quel projet.

Responsabilites

  • Partager et comprendre la strategie et les objectifs des canaux de distribution mondiaux avec l'equipe, les parties prenantes internes et externes, mettre en place des programmes de canaux de distribution regionaux si necessaire pour atteindre les indicateurs cles de performance de l'entreprise
  • Travailler avec les gestionnaires de programmes mondiaux, les groupes des centres d'excellence et les parties prenantes afin de fournir une contribution regionale au processus de conception et de construction et de peaufiner les programmes annuels
  • Gerer le processus de bout en bout, depuis les exigences regionales jusqu'a la communication, la mise en œuvre et le soutien continu.
  • Agir en tant que partenaire commercial de la direction des ventes des canaux de distribution nord-americains et des parties prenantes (juridique, financière, etc.)
  • Analyser les performances des partenaires en ce qui concerne les programmes mis en œuvre et les indicateurs cles de performance (ce qui peut inclure la conception d'initiatives geospecifiques)
  • Gerer la gouvernance et l'approbation des programmes de la region
  • Agir en tant qu'expert en la matière sur le cadre des partenaires de canaux de distribution pour differents types de partenaires, notamment les programmes d'incitation de base, les programmes de niveaux et de specialisation, etc.
  • Veiller, en coordination avec les autres fonctions, a ce que les programmes nord-americains fonctionnent efficacement (sur le plan commercial, financier et juridique)
  • Gerer les communications relatives aux canaux (rapports ecrits, contractuels et en direct) et les presenter aux parties prenantes et a la direction (internes et externes)

Exigences minimales

  • 5 a 7 ans d'experience en canaux de distribution, en ventes ou en gestion de programme
  • Sens aigu des affaires
  • Capacite a travailler de manière independante, a etablir des priorites, a faire preuve de motivation intrinsèque et a avoir une attitude positive
  • Capacite a voir et a prendre en compte l'impact de bout en bout d'un programme ou d'une initiative, y compris les aspects commerciaux, operationnels, financiers et juridiques, lorsqu'il s'agit de s'engager dans un processus et une discussion de conception detaillee
  • Capacite et interêt a comprendre les details d'un programme ou d'une initiative, ce qui peut inclure des systèmes et des ensembles de donnees
  • Bonne comprehension du fonctionnement du processus de mise sur le marche des canaux a plusieurs niveaux

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
