Position Overview

This is an exciting position on the Global Channel Strategy and Programs team for a Programs Manager to independently drive and manage the NAMER channel partner programs together with Channel leadership, Partner Managers and the Global Channel Programs team. You will be responsible for driving the overall implementation of the Channel Program/project goals and objectives across the region.

In this role, you are working closely with different geos and global stakeholders across a variety of business functions. You perform a versatile role, including partnering with Geo channel sales leadership, interaction with Partners, detailed design of initiatives, programs and processes, project management, communications, and team management. The person in this role will build a professional and international internal and external network that jointly provides industry solutions to the market that allows our customers to Make Anything.

Responsibilities

  • Share and understand the global channel strategy and objectives with team, internal and external stakeholders, build regional channel programs if necessary to drive company KPIs
  • Work with Global Program Managers, Centers of Excellence groups, and stakeholders to provide regional input for the design and build process and to refine the annual programs
  • Manage the end-to-end process from regional requirements to communication, implementation, and ongoing support
  • Business Partner to NAMER Channel Sales leadership and stakeholders (legal, finance etc)
  • Conduct analysis of partner performance of implemented programs and KPIs (which may include design of geo specific initiatives)
  • Manage program governance and approval for region
  • Subject matter expert resource on channel partner framework for various partner types including: backend incentives programs, tier and specialization programs, and more
  • Ensure, in cooperation with other functions, that the programs work effectively in NAMER (business-wise, financially, legally)
  • Managing Channel Communications (written, contractual and live briefings) and present to stakeholders and leadership (both internal and external)
  • Additional responsibilities: Program and Field expertise in global projects / initiatives
  • Project management & communication and approval planning and management
  • Given the impact and rollout scope certain programs may have, it is essential that timelines are kept and formal processes for projects are applied
  • You are part of a team that is spread globally. The position includes participation in WW calls that may take place during early mornings or late evenings

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in channel, sales, or program management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize, self-motivated and can-do attitude
  • Ability to see and consider the end-to-end impact of a program or initiative, including business, operational, finance and legal aspects when engaging in detailed design process and discussion
  • Ability and interest in understanding the details of the program or initiative, which may include systems and data sets
  • Good understanding of how multi-tier channel go-to-market works
  • Good communication skills (written, presenting, PowerPoint), comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Good program documentation skills (written) with attention to details
  • Project management skills (incl. managing project team members)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic, changing environment
  • Advanced user of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
  • Comfortable using MS Office and online / web-based communication tools (Team, Zoom, Go-to meeting etc.) daily

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $104,600 and $169,180. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
