Job Description

Beyond is seeking an experienced sales professional who is tired of the status quo and wants to help change the face of the merchant services industry. You must be the type of individual that enjoys working with other high performers and craves the challenge of closing deals. The Channel Sales Division Director position includes a lucrative compensation model that offers a base salary plus generous commission plan.

The Channel Sales Division Director will hire, develop, and lead a team of Channel Sales Business Advocates that are responsible for providing point-of-sale, payment processing, lending, payroll, and integrated HR services to small and mid-size business owners. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive revenue growth by onboarding, training, and leading a team of highly motivated Business Advocates
  • Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all verticals that the Channel Sales team sells
  • Grow your team through recruiting, developing, and interviewing
  • Learn and understand entire solution stack offered by Beyond
  • Aid your team in giving solution driven presentations to business partners and prospective clients
  • Organize your day, week, and month around meeting and exceeding yours and your team’s assigned sales targets
  • Implement a team strategy to exceed sales and headcount growth goals
  • Work closely with your team for selling, pipeline management, training, and development
  • Accurately track and record all sales activities in Salesforce
  • Be a strong leader and mentor within our organization
  • Serve as local, on-site sales manager for the Channel Sales team

 

Who You Are

  • Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferred
  • Tried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams
  • Knowledge of the company’s products, services and business operations
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challenges
  • Desire to excel and grow within the organization
  • Desire to build and grow a new sales channel
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
  • Must already live in or be willing to relocate to the Louisville, KY market
  • Payment or payroll industry sales experience is strongly preferred
  • On target earnings of 120K-150K through salary and commission compensation structure
