What We Need
NetBrain is looking for a Channel Sales Manager who can be equally responsible for developing and maintaining partner relationships, as well as managing the pipeline with partners through the close. We need somebody with extensive experience recruiting and developing channel partners, who can sell. This is a remote opportunity with some travel.Â
The Impact You’ll Make
This role will have a crucial impact on our growth as a company. The channel will be an equal GTM partner driving new business across all customer segments. You will also be guiding partners in building out a recurring services practice to accelerate our joint customers’ automation journey. Your success will directly and drastically impact our revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- You will recruit, onboard, manage, develop and grow VAR partners.
- Communicate and complete sales reports, territory plans, market updates and QBRs.
- Develop and implement effective partner management programs and recruitment strategies.
- Forecast and deliver consistent revenues, new customers & project opportunities.
- Work closely with dormant partners to reactivate.
- Service existing partners and lead relationship activities for growth.
- Identify potential partner needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available through NetBrain’s partner program.
- Enable and support new partners through first product sales and implementation.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market, so as to be seen as the expert.
- You have good organizational skills with keen attention-to-detail.
- You will drive partner marketing activity by tapping-into existing partner events and lead generation opportunities, but you will also be entrepreneurial in developing lead-generation ideas and pull-in partners.
- You will develop business and technical strategies with partners to use NetBrain as both a resell and a service delivery solution so that NetBrain is embedded in multiple ways at the partner.
- You will also focus on training and evangelizing NetBrain partners and will be measured on demos delivered to the partner and NetBrain University training attendance.
- You will be measured on approved deal registrations provided to field sales, ultimately every other activity is in-service of deal registrations.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of sales+channel experience with technical solutions.
- Experienced in Salesforce, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office
- You have project management experience, proven track record at business planning and achieving measurable goals.
- Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with keen attention-to-detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to support and motivate others.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
What We Offer
Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.
For this role, the estimated on target earnings is between $220,000 - $280,000 + Stock Options. The actual OTE may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
