The Role: 

The Channel Sales Manager will establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue from those accounts. By identifying high-value leads and key potential partners you will maintain those connections to a profitable relationship. You’ll be responsible for finding new partners, fostering relationships, and creating detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and quotas. You’ll be adept at negotiating and closing deals via in-person and video meetings while maintaining passion and enthusiasm for the healthcare industry. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage entire sales cycle from finding prospective SMB partners

  • Present to prospective accounts using Linkedin Nav, Zoominfo, Vidyard, DHC, and past book of business to sell 

  • Maintain pre-determined KPIs

  • Prospect and generate new lead opportunities

  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of account communication and data

  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners

  • Act as a liaison between Medely and assigned channel partners.

  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

  • Coordinate the involvement of Medely team members, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams

  • Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements

  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Identifies partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, services, marketing, etc., develop & launch offerings to the point of incremental join revenue achievement

  • Develop new partner strategy

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.

  • Strong personal network within the industry.

  • Driven, highly motivated and results driven.

  • 5+ years of previous sales experience selling to healthcare corporations or C-Suite level executives 

  • Past healthcare experience required

  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating MSA, contracts, etc.

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Must have an acute business acumen

  • An enthusiastic and passionate approach to business

  • 50% Travel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
