Job summary

Reporting to the Sales Director, APAC (based in Singapore), the Channel Sales Manager/Team Lead, Asia manages a team of channel sales individual contributors for the assigned region, in driving targets and growth in partnership with our growing distributor network.

Job description

Functional responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and existing and new products

  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Management of relationship with assigned distributors with knowledge of their market and business

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the Asia channel sales team.

  • Preparing (with the distributor) yearly business plan and key development targets for the territory and Performing regular review of distributor performance

  • Responsible for contract management and resolution of any outstanding issues

  • Ensuring correct and timely invoicing and management of receivables

  • Working closely with marketing to specify and analyse market data for assigned territories

  • Design and execute marketing programs with our channel partners that help build the ESET brand and generate qualified leads

  • Work closely with Technical sales and education teams to support and organise the partner training programs and events: online/web-based and regional courses/seminars

  • Work with IT resellers, System Integrators to drive ESET sales
