Job description
Boulder City Hospital is seeking adedicated and experienced Charge RNto join our Long Term Care (LTC) unit. The Charge Nurse plays a key leadership role, ensuring high-quality care in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. This position also supports the LTC Director with daily operations and special projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
•
Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective resident care.
•
Provide hands-on care and patient assignments as needed.
•
Step into the role of MDS Coordinator when required.
•
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet state and federal LTC standards.
•
Remain calm and effective in high-stress or emergency situations.
•
Perform physical nursing duties including lifting, walking, and prolonged standing.
Pay & Benefits:

Competitive Hourly Rate:$38.50 – $51.40 (based on experience)

Qualifications:
•
Registered Nurse (RN)licensed in Nevada
•
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Charge Nurse(Required)
•
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
•
Knowledge of LTC standards and compliance requirements
