The Chargeback Analyst will provide analysis on all chargeback cases, including resolving disputes between issuing banks, brand card issuers, and merchants according to Federal and Card Banks rules and regulations. This role will require knowledge into various levels of chargebacks, including chargeback reason codes.

What you'll do:

• Research and investigate open claims and chargeback deductions.

• Resolve disputes initiated by the issuing bank by evaluating the complaint, researching the dispute and resolving it under the card banks regulations and rules.

• Review, analyze and process all re-presentments, pre-arbitration, arbitration, pre-compliance and compliance cases pending in the card brands portals.

• Administer, prepare and submit supporting documentation on chargeback cases as required by card brands.

• Process all merchants chargeback within the time frames established by card brands in order to prevent loss.

• May assist Customer Service agents with escalated calls and proactively resolve issues by reaching out to the appropriate team to collect on unauthorized deductions.

What we need from you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with Associate Degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of chargeback processing experience.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and across all levels.

• Ability to type clear and precise procedures when needed.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Hourly Pay Range: $18-$21
