Chargeback Reporting Analyst

The Opportunity

This position will focus on reporting needs and process improvements for the Chargebacks Operations area. This position helps ensure strategic objectives are met by providing necessary information to business operations. This position works closely with end users and Department leaders to ensure timeliness of processing through report delivery.

Day in the Life

• Generate various reports pertaining to chargeback processing. Reports include but are not limited to:
  • Vendor reports housed in Fiserv, FIS, Shazam and Cisco
  • PSCU/Co-op owned systems such as Resolution Center, Insight Center and Springboard
• Identify, analyze and effectively communicate time sensitive cases approaching deadlines
• Act as an end user in certain instances in order to mitigate financial loss
• Consistently demonstrates teamwork with internal and external clients.
• Integration/documentation of process improvements
• Monitor Network queues and reports within Visa and Mastercard case management systems
• Develop & deliver recurring reporting metrics including red flag, rejected pre-arbs, mismatched Mastercard documentation, incoming pre-compliance & compliance, lifecycle, aging, completed actions report and other reports as required

Experience

• 1-2 years of PSCU/Co-op Chargeback experience required
• 2-3 years of reporting experience preferred
• 3 - 5+ years technical and/or analytical progressively responsible experience.
• BA, BS or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
