We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Chatbot Data Analyst.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chatbot Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing daily Chatbot Data and NLU (Natural Language Understanding) processes to improve customer experience with Chatbot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive and Analyze Chatbot conversation data and report to manager for finding improvement point using data analysis tools (Excel, Python)
  • Collect and report Chatbot performance data based on business KPI such as deflection and satisfaction survey results
  • Review and refine user sentences for Chatbot NLU process
  • Implement data visualization using Power BI or Tableau

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information management, data science, computer science/engineering or closely related field
  • 1 year of experience in Digital Customer service, Conversational AI (NLU), Chatbot, or Data mining
  • 2 years' experience analyzing data
  • Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) in assistance with communication with HQ
  • (Preferred) Experience and knowledge in Google Dialogflow, Google studio
  • (Preferred) Experience and knowledge of programming language with Python
  • (Preferred) Data Modeling and visualization with Power BI or Tableau
