Responsibilities include:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics

• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

• Verify companies and banks in order to detect fraudulent transactions.

• Be responsible of the entrance of each override that goes through the system.

• Research required information using available resources

• Provide cashiers with product and service information

• Update existing customer information

• Route calls to appropriate resource

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

• Complete call logs

• Following communication "scripts" when handling different topics

• Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses.

• Perform other duties as needed
