We are in search of a skilled professional to create delicious meals for our elderly residents. The position involves preparing food breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as snacks and desserts for our small population of around 26 - 30 residents. This professional will also need to understand specific diets and specialized meal preparation for those residents with specific dietary needs. One will also be responsible for daily kitchen maintenance: dish/cup/utensil cleaning, floor moping, etc. The candidate we are seeking must be experienced and carry a current Food Handlers card and Food Manager certification.
