We are a quick Italian pasta and salad restaurant located inside Galleria Mall. Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and culinary arts, with experience in fine dining and restaurant environments. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This role requires excellent team management skills and a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences. Duties • Lead the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes. • Develop and plan menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations. • Collaborate with dietary department staff to accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions. • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and promote teamwork. • Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve offerings. Requirements • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within fine dining or restaurant settings. • Strong knowledge of food production techniques, inventory management, and kitchen operations. • Excellent menu planning skills with an ability to create innovative dishes that delight guests. • Experience in team management, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring high performance. • Familiarity with dietary department protocols is a plus. • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
