Job Description
Upscale Casual / Polished Casual dining restaurant seeks an experiencedChef de Cuisine.
We're looking for an experienced leader to take the helm of our high volume ($5m+ / year) restaurant and support our sales growth initiatives!
We have lunch and dinner dayparts, so experience managing a restaurant with split operations is a must.
We'd like for you to have:
• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a casual dining / upscale casual dining environment.
• 4+ Kitchen / Culinary experience preferred.
• Must have managed a restaurant with a full service bar.
• Proven track record of team member development.
