Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager/ Chef to oversee the daily operations of the floor & Kitchen at TEXAS RODEO SALOON.. As the Assisant General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff and ensuring that company standards are being followed.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Kitchen manager/Chef
• Harris County Food safety certified
• TABC Certified
• Your drive to work at Texas Rodeo Saloon must be under 25min.
Responsible for:
• Opening & Closing
• Training Staff
• Managing staff
• Upholding company operating standards
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of the Kitchen and creating recipes
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional cocktails
• Impeccable customer service and social awareness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
• Enforce and uphold all company policies at all times
• Accountability for accuracy of nightly checkouts
• Must be available to work any day of the week.
