Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager/ Chef to oversee the daily operations of the floor & Kitchen at TEXAS RODEO SALOON.. As the Assisant General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff and ensuring that company standards are being followed.
β’ Must have a minimum of 5 yearsβ experience as a Kitchen manager/Chef
β’ Harris County Food safety certified
β’ TABC Certified
β’ Your drive to work at Texas Rodeo Saloon must be under 25min.
Responsible for:
β’ Opening & Closing
β’ Training Staff
β’ Managing staff
β’ Upholding company operating standards
β’ Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
β’ Knowledge of the Kitchen and creating recipes
β’ Knowledge of mixology for traditional cocktails
β’ Impeccable customer service and social awareness
β’ Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
β’ Enforce and uphold all company policies at all times
β’ Accountability for accuracy of nightly checkouts
β’ Must be available to work any day of the week.
