We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join one of the fastest-growing healthcare teams in the Chicagoland area

Opportunity:

•  Large referral network of over 900 physicians
•  Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine
•  Base salary of $250/$260k with opportunity for RVU bonuses
•  2 year track to partnership/shareholder status
•  Relocation and sign on bonus eligibility
