• Do you have a strong background in auditing?
• Are you able to assess and improve effectiveness of internal control processes?
• Do you have experience in deferred taxes?
• Are you familiar with Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, financial statement preparation, and general accounting?
• Have you lead a team?

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage various financial activities within the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement enhancements in internal processes and controls.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
• Calculate quarterly deferred taxes in accordance with D4 and IFRS standards.
• Address financial inquiries from other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, preferably with one of the Big Four firms.
• Advanced knowledge of deferred taxes (D4/IFRS) and tax regulations is essential.
• Experience in preparing financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in EPM for reporting purposes is desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Advanced SAP knowledge is a plus.
