Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead, develop, and implement the organization's global marketing strategy to enhance Enfusion's brand. The CMO will lead and influence a broad array of functions, including marketing strategy, product/campaign marketing, competitive intelligence, digital marketing (including social media marketing and engagement), content design, marketing communications, various marketing events and sponsorships, and investor relations in a manner that supports consistent business growth, increased visibility and is in line with the strategic vision of Enfusion's existing and planned business initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Own Enfusion's global marketing strategy
- Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership to help shape the business and brand strategy, working across teams to bridge and build synergies between Marketing, Sales, Technology and Product functions
- Define and execute full funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting programs, employer branding, virtual and in-person field events, and third party tradeshows and conferences
- Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting, including meeting with each business line to ensure marketing plans are in lockstep with growth and profitability goals.
- Measure, analyze and constantly improve correlations between brand, marketing, client insights, business intelligence, and demonstrated sales results. Develop tracking metrics and success criteria to measure efficiency effectively and outcomes of strategies, implementing improvement as required.
- Enhance and capitalize on Enfusion's overall digital presence, including its website, search engine optimization, social media, etc. Leverage Enfusion's brand and serve timely and relevant content to support sales goals and client needs.
- Build breakthrough talent brand positioning, messaging and campaigns, ensuring strategic connection to corporate vision.
- Manage digital ecosystems, including web, social and other third party platforms, elevating awareness and engagement across our audiences.
- Lead efforts in demand generation, growth initiatives, and conversion rate optimization.
- Own, execute, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and inbound revenue.
- Manage the creation and distribution of all investor and stakeholder communications for quarterly earnings, conferences, educational seminars, performance reporting, etc including scripts, presentations, white papers, media pitches, and web and social media content
- Utilizes industry contacts to develop relationships to help broaden and deepen communication channels
You’ll Need To Have:
- The equivalent of 15+ years of marketing leadership experience at a publicly traded company (preferably within the investment management community) including managing the business across multiple countries, client segments, and products
- 10+ years building and leading high performing marketing teams
- Proven track record of defining and executing marketing strategies that deliver against metrics and KPIs
- Experience developing and executing both scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs across all stages of the funnel
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, lead management, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner
- Proven leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally
We’d Love to See:
- Experience delivering tailored marketing content and experiences for client segments spanning from emerging hedge funds to large asset managers
- Experience marketing cloud services and/or software solutions
- A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
The salary range for this position is between $250,000 - $350,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
