The role is global in nature and includes working across all markets and lines of business within Orion.  Our service offerings and solutions across industry verticals are strengthened by alliances with global technology vendors, customers, and niche solution providers.  As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the architect of our marketing strategy, responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and fueling the growth of our digital transformation services. This role demands a visionary marketer with a strategic mindset, creative flair, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead the marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall marketing goals.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity and positioning in the digital transformation services sector.

• Marketing Lead Generation:
• Drive customer acquisition strategies through effective digital marketing, traditional channels, partnerships, vertical plans
• Webinars / Orion hosted events / Conferences / Partner events
• Alliance marketing
• Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Optimize the company's online presence to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
• Data-Driven Insights:
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Innovative Campaign Development:
• Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to generate buzz and brand excitement.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and allocation of resources.
• Evaluate ROI on marketing investments.
• Leadership and Team Development:
• Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role in a Digital Transformation Services company.
• Track record of successful development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies (branding, customer acquisition, lead generation, etc)
• Strong digital marketing expertise.
• Experience working with analyst and public relations groups.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
