Job Description
As the Chief of Staff you will be a key stakeholder and partner in helping reshape our business. Reporting to the CEO, this person will execute on significant strategic and operational projects calling for considerable change.
Responsibilities:As a right hand and proxy to the CEO, you will advise them and the executive team on various initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to refine strategic alignment, enhance productivity, organize and prioritize company initiatives.
Identify and oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
Draft and iterate strategy documents
Optimize and improve current processes and drive efficiency
Collaborate with and help coach various leaders within LaunchDarkly
Summarize and present complex issues via presentation or financial models
Proven experience leading and directing teams
Strong organization skills
Strong communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
High IQ and EQ
Strong ability in data analytics and problem solving
Maintains organizational intelligence
SF Bay Area based. Regular attendance in our Oakland office will be required
Pay:
Target pay range for a Level P6 in San Francisco/Bay Area: $219,000 - $257,000*ย
*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
