Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team. You’ll work directly with the CEO to build our goals and vision. After a year in the role, you will have learned about founding and scaling a healthcare startup and have spearheaded multiple strategic projects being an extension of the leadership team and the CEO. We’re looking forward to meeting folks with entrepreneurial spirits and consulting experience. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to young adult student in the U.S.

The Chief of Staff will:

• Report to the CEO
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to develop strategic plans and translate them to KPIs
• Lead important strategic, cross-functional projects
• Manage and act as the main point of contact for all senior leadership meetings.
• Help prepare board materials, presentations, and reports for investors
• Track KPIs to measure company performance; Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the company, encouraging teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, managing communications, and handling ad hoc tasks as needed

• 2+ years experience as a consultant at a management consulting firm
• 1+ years of experience in a startup environment
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from conception to completion.
• Experience with tech-enabled healthcare services and the healthcare industry.
• Located in the NYC area and able to commute to our at least office twice a week

• Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales and marketing strategies

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 with an annual performance bonus
