Job Title: Chief of Staff

Division & Department: Enterprise Domestic Regions Admin

Status: Full-Time Exempt

Reports to: CEO & President, Enterprise

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States

 

Job Summary

FranklinCovey’s Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic advisor to executive leadership, fostering alignment and driving the execution of key initiatives. Responsibilities will include providing support in decision-making processes, facilitating communication, and promoting cross-functional collaboration. With a keen focus on operational excellence, you will oversee the implementation of strategic frameworks and spearhead continuous improvement efforts organization-wide. Ultimately, as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in advancing the organization's vision and achieving objectives.


Essential Job Functions

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, President, Enterprise, and CRO in the successful implementation of a new go to market strategy.
  • Collaborate with the President, Enterprise and Executive Leadership Team to facilitate strategic coordination, communication, and advancement of strategic projects.
  • Work closely with the CEO and President, Enterprise to develop and execute a new operating cadence for FY25, incorporating OKRs and other strategic frameworks.
  • Act as a key liaison between the executive leadership and various departments, ensuring alignment of initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating efforts across departments and teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or communication.
  • 9+ years of experience as a director-level leader or higher with a focus in Operations, Strategy, or Enterprise
  • 1+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a strategic or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders across an organization.


For location-specific compensation:

California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $200-250k. Actual offer may be outside of this prediction and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
