Job Description

foodora Sweden is seeking the Chief of Staff to lead our Strategy and Planning team. If you are excited by an intense and rewarding journey to help grow one of the leading consumer brands in Sweden by 10x, and relate to everything that follows, we are looking forward to hearing from you!

Your mission

• Work closely with our Managing Director to outline, shape and deliver short and long-term strategic priorities for foodora in Sweden

• Get in the detail to find practical solutions to complex, cross-functional problems by guiding analyses and translating data into insights, together with our leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance

• Package and present your recommendations to secure broad buy-in from your stakeholders and influence senior decision-makers

• Own the project management to drive execution on critical initiatives while balancing quality, speed and flexibility

• Challenge the status quo and raise the bar! Identify issues, improve processes and develop new business opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fast paced environments (top consulting and banking firms, strategy and business development roles at startups and top internet companies)

• Demonstrated people leadership experience

• A high degree of comfort working with numbers, modeling out complex business and financial scenarios, and using intuition as well as data to make decisions

• An ownership mentality and a natural ability to make things happen with a high bar for quality 

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
