WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Chief of Staff role is a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in improving how a SaaS business operates at scale. You will be the CEO’s right-hand person and force multiplier. You will partner closely and be involved with the CEO’s daily interactions, and help the executive team and company move faster against its strategic priorities while ensuring a high standard of execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Help complete priority items for the CEO to a high level of quality
• Lead special cross-functional projects on the CEO’s behalf
• Assist executive team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Collaborate with CEO and executive team members to ensure the success of business initiatives, from development through execution.
• Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, including for all-hands meetings, board meetings, and other critical presentations.
• Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
• Handle inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with preparing and disseminating communications.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of post-university working experience
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, program management, marketing, or customer success at a top-tier enterprise software company
• 4+ years of working in fast-paced startup environments
• Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills, including familiarity with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Strong analytical skills, including fluency in Excel
