Position Overview:

As a Chief of Staff at Circadia Health, you will be a versatile and strategic leader, working closely with the executive team to drive operational efficiency and facilitate the achievement of company goals. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from project management and strategic planning to cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. The Operations Generalist/Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing key initiatives to ensure the success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
    • Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely execution, effective communication, and successful implementation.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, ensuring efficient workflows and information sharing.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and streamline processes across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Financial Analysis: Work with the finance team to analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
    • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance metrics to track the company's progress toward its goals and objectives.
    • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the executive team, including preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
    • Culture and Communication: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting effective communication and team collaboration.
    • Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Special Initiatives: Assist in the execution of special initiatives, which may include mergers and acquisitions, talent management, and organizational restructuring.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Experience working in Healthcare, Health Tech or Medical Device companies.
    • Proven experience in a strategic and operational leadership role, such as Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, or similar.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is advantageous.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
