The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Chief of Staff to join our executive leadership team!

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for helping establish and execute company strategy, organizational design, executive project management, and company communication. The CoS will also serve as an essential advisor to the ELT and CEO on critical business decisions, key hires, strategic partnerships, and conflict resolution. Ultimately, the desired outcome from this hire is to drive company enablement and incremental enterprise value.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and manage company strategy, setting key business objectives and ensuring alignment across all departments.
    • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by working cross-functionally with department heads.
  • Operations & Organizational Effectiveness:
    • Oversee and streamline internal operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of projects.
    • Lead special projects and initiatives, managing deadlines, resources, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Project Management:
    •  Coordinate and lead key meetings, including executive leadership meetings, offsites, and board meetings. Ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables.
    • Track progress on business objectives and initiatives, preparing reports and updates for executive leadership. 
  • Communication & Alignment:
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on company objectives.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for the CEO and executive leadership. 
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to staff in a way that fosters collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Identify and address organizational challenges, creating solutions that improve team effectiveness and morale. 
  • Executive Advisory:
    •  Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insight and recommendations based on data, industry trends, and internal performance metrics.
    • Conduct research and analysis on key business decisions and industry benchmarks. 

How success will be measured:

  • Meeting and/or exceeding the key outcomes expected from Digible’s Chief of Staff = company enablement and materially improving enterprise value
  • Meet and/or exceed the value statement for Digible’s Chief of Staff = accelerate executive decision-making and problem-solving; graduate strategic planning and critical thinking; optimize organizational design and speed; improve position within business EV range (i.e. 15-25x Ebitda) by no less than 20%.
  • Meet and/or exceed 80% of the company rocks and annual goals
  • Evaluation of ELT meetings (EOS rating) and quarterly/annual planning
  • Materially improving the company’s “time-to-money” and/or “time-to-business outcomes”

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in operations, strategy, or project management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior operational or strategic role.
  • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational and operational dynamics.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay, perks, and such:

  • Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000
  • Phantom Stock Units (TBD)
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
