HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Chief of Staff is a high-visibility strategic partner that leads the coordination and strategic alignment of the executive team. The Chief of Staff is responsible for streamlining projects and conducting leadership level internal and external initiatives that have very significant impact on the team's business objectives.
From day one, the Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business leadership/management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising, project execution and key interdepartmental collaboration. Ultimately, the primary function of this role is to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout company operations for their executive leaders.
  • Works closely with Executive leaders to facilitate execution of key projects and initiatives. Provides strategic, analytical and project management support, and keeps leadership abreast of noteworthy events, milestones, and issues in their area of responsibility
  • Provides support and oversight to major projects/initiatives. Organizes teams and integration of all appropriate channels and sub-channels involved in execution and delivery of projects/initiatives. Manages against budget, talent and timeline goals
  • Ensures the timely communication and flow of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects/initiatives directed by the executive team. Serve as a conduit and contact point so key objectives are communicated clearly and can be met
  • Attends Executive Team Meetings, and maintains lists of priority action items, and monitors progress on action items
  • Contributes to / oversees the development of internal communications deliverables
  • Works with exec team on positioning and messaging from their function and develops presentations for the executive team (board presentations, leadership meetings and townhall presentations) as well as sets the agenda for the meetings, coordinates the content and logistics, as well as any follow up metrics and feedback
  • Own Yammer overall and its content, messages, and updates for the company
  • Own company events (with the help of the admin & facilities team for execution support) for Leadership meetings, Townhalls, Holiday parties and Collaboration weeks or any other companywide held event
  • Connect teams that are working on similar initiatives.
  • Ad hoc requests from the exec team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 15+ years in a business or leadership role
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Demonstrated drive for results through a history of achievements and strategy
  • Ability to take initiative and work in an unstructured, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/briefing documents that support the narrative
