- Analyzing: Analyzing and presenting company operations, and evaluating risk factors
- Developing: Developing and implementing organizational policies, and setting key performance indicators
- Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating organizational performance metrics
- Managing change: Managing change initiatives to align with organizational goals
- Promoting: Fostering and promoting a positive organizational culture
- Assisting with hiring: Assisting with the hiring process, including screening candidates, outlining the hiring process, and drafting job descriptions
- Advising: Advising the CEO on strategic initiatives and direction
- Managing: Managing day-to-day operations, including meetings, projects, and communications
- Planning: Planning and facilitating strategic initiatives, and the CEO's schedule
- Supporting: Supporting executives with administrative and strategic needs, and acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO
- Leading: Leading cross-functional teams, and guiding department heads
