Chief of Staff

CLEAR is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO in driving forward our business strategy, increase operational excellence, and assist maintaining cross-functional & external relationships. You will collaborate closely with CLEAR’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to assess needs, execute solutions and evaluate outcomes. In this role, you will help us to implement new and better ways to drive a high-performance culture.

What you'll do:

• Own and facilitate strategic, cross-functional initiatives and projects: evaluate work streams, define the scope, deliverables, and schedules and drive accountability and results 
• Have a continuous pulse on business performance, helping to solve problems and when needed escalating areas of concern to the SLT and CEO
• Provide high-level, quick, and in-depth analysis of business performance, policies, politics, and industry trends
• Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot key org-wide challenges as needed

The base salary range for this role is $185,000 - 220,000 depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
