About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to join our AI team. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating AI safety and future AU initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive impactful projects and initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI safety, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
About the Role
Responsibilities:

• Coordinating efforts across multiple teams and departments involved in AI safety and future AU projects.
• Demonstrating strategic thinking by aligning organizational objectives with actionable plans and initiatives, contributing to long-term success.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for AI safety and future AU initiatives.
• Assessing risks, craft policies, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks and address ethics in AI and future AU initiatives.
• Overseeing the execution of key projects and initiatives related to AI safety and future AU technologies.

About you:
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Possess an understanding of AI technologies, machine learning principles, and future AU concepts.
• Able to demonstrate effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Possess leadership capabilities, with experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
• Prioritize promoting AI safety, ethical AI use, and be responsible future AU development.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$153,900.00
Maximum:
$269,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
