What You’ll Be Doing:Â
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to support our VP of Operations and the two operations departments he leads: Insurance Operations and Customer Operations. The ideal candidate will be an independent operator, be fluent in utilizing and interpreting data to drive strategic insights, possess strong project management skills, and have the ability to work and coordinate cross-functionally. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects and build infrastructure across teams. Your responsibilities will include:Â
- Drive and own projects end-to-end by developing and executing a plan and achieving defined success criteria including making recommendations to the VP of Operations
- Conduct deep dives to identify and understand opportunities across the operations departments, offering data-driven insights and solutions
- Drive ad hoc projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful completion while maintaining alignment with overall company goals
- Partner with operations team leaders to address operational gaps and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with other departments on critical cross-functional projects
- Build and refine the organizational infrastructure, including operations reviews, OKR processes, and leadership meeting agendas
Salary range: $135,000 - $170,000 + equity
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:Â
- 4+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Experience in the healthcare sector and have a strong knowledge of how healthcare insurance works
- Experience at a fast growing start-up in an operations oriented role
- Strong analytical skills and have a track record of creating projects based off of data driven insights
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects across multiple stakeholders and working across all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- A Bachelor's degree
