Job Description
The successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter, intellectually curious and bring the ability to transform various developments and actions into a synthesized set of business updates and strategies for a senior executive-level audience. Ideally this high-potential candidate uses this role as a stepping stone to roles with broader responsibility and more expansive business ownership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own leadership meeting management for including agenda setting, meeting facilitation, and action item resolution for MBM leadership meetings, including senior leader meetings and bi-weekly executive operations meetings, monthly business reviews, SLT quarterly business reviews.
- Manage annual governance activities, such as goal setting, management calendar, consistency in development and monitoring of MBM dashboards and metrics, Leadership Summits, etc.
- Support the execution of the MBM business governance model, including operating model, leadership ownership/accountability, management processes, and decision making frameworks under the direction of the President of eviCore MBM.
- Support continuous assessment and execution of the team governance model, including identifying gaps, recommending actions & improvements, and implementing changes, to improve the organization's overall performance and effectiveness, in partnership with the President of eviCore MBM.
- Act as a connection point between business leadership across the other eviCore programs, other lines of businesses within the enterprise, stakeholders, and matrix partners (ex. Compliance, Operations, Growth, Finance, etc.), providing proactive identification of opportunities and issues that could impact the successful execution of commitments.
- Key point of contact and voice of MBM across the larger enterprise. Manage strategic plans, IT prioritization, projects, and other areas that overlap with other areas of the organization.
- Partner with Communications and the senior MBM leadership to support the development and execution of the communications plan, including town halls, emails, etc. to ensure all levels of the organization are familiar with the business strategy, as well as understand our progress/results and how each individual is connected to achieving the business' goals.
- Ensure alignment of meetings, town halls, communications and other key initiatives in partnership with key matrix partners, such as the, communications teams. Work with the administrative assistant to support coordination of activities.
- Serve as site lead for HQ, making key decisions for site.
- Lead facility strategic planning, making overarching decisions for nationwide site locations.
- Oversees Competitive Intelligence for eviCore MBM. In charge of developments, analysis and communication of key Competitive Intelligence updates.
What you must have:
- College degree or proven relevant work experience, MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent, using tools and frameworks to execute projects
- Ability to quickly build relationships and influence across the organization.
- Proven ability to function in a heavily matrixed environment
- Strong communication & information sharing skills (oral and written). Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications. Proven detail orientation.
- Proven experience working with senior leaders, facilitating discussions, speaking with courage and driving action.
- Ability to work effectively in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
- Experience in managed care and/or relevant healthcare experience
- Candidates residing around Nashville/Franklin, TN and able to work in the office 1 day per week are strongly preferred.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $99,500 - $165,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
