LogicMonitor is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff GTM & Field Operations to help drive and operationalize our global go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the Global VP Business Operations & Strategy this role works in close partnership with the President of Field Operations and GTM leadership to drive strategic initiatives operating rigor and cross-functional alignment across the revenue organization.

You will act as a connective layer across GTM leadership Finance and Business Operations—ensuring priorities are clear execution is on track and outcomes are delivered. This role plays a critical part in shaping executive narratives enabling high-quality decision-making and supporting ELT and Board-level engagement.

This is a high-visibility role for a structured analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity influences without authority and consistently delivers results.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Economics or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting investment banking corporate strategy or business operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong experience in GTM Strategy Revenue Operations Business Operations or Corporate Planning
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives and engaging with ELT and Board-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking; able to bring clarity to ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills particularly in executive and Board-level storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • AI-forward mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact
