We are seeking a Chief of Staff for Strategic Initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities include:• Assess and enhance the current governance structure for enterprise areas• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders across the company• Manage the project portfolio including annual planning and prioritization, quarterly review and realignment, roadmap and executive status reporting• Coordinate integration, planning, and delivery across operational and business-facing teams to ensure holistic success of complex, high-visibility projects• Drive collaboration across teams and departments. Address issues upfront, define alternative solutions, resolve conflict and create lasting, productive partnerships with clients.• Mentor and coach teams on project, program and portfolio management values and processes
What You'll Bring:

• 3 years of professional experience in program, project and portfolio management experience and demonstrated success managing internal and external partners
• Proven leader with strong collaboration instincts and a keen eye for details; managing others to success; able to move tasks and projects forward will working in a highly matrixed organization

Impact You'll Make:

• Collaborate with technology leaders across TransUnion to facilitate alignment around priorities and projects, build plans to execute, and find opportunities for improvement along the way
• Lead the redesign of enterprise governance as it relates to program, portfolio and project management which will enable cost savings
• Reshape the way TransUnion executes on programs today by helping to define best in class practices and assessment models
