What you'll do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing strategic guidance and support on key initiatives
- Set and manage the CEO's goals - definition of done, milestones, deadlines, etc.
- Understand the entire organization and provide timely and relevant information, insights, and recommendations to the CEO.
- Effectively manage the CEO's time and priorities based on his goals.
- Execute strategic projects and tasks for the CEO - decks, business plans, longer-term initiatives.
- Collaborate and monitor the CEO's direct reports' projects, execution, and deadlines.
- Efficiently manage key processes and systems, including email inbox, Notion system, and other tools, resulting in increased productivity and operational efficiency.
- Achieve all CEO's goals and manage his projects' management.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- This role will report to our CEO.
What you'll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Growth mindset and ability to work in high-stress environments.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong presentation (deck) creation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to help the CEO navigate complex business challenges.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Prior experience as a management consultant is a plus.
- Must be based in NY.
What You'll Get:
Our Chief of Staff to the CEO compensation package includes an annual salary ranging between $170,000-$225,000 (based on candidate's experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for equity and benefits including:
