Join Gantri as our first Chief of Staff! 

We seek a highly strategic, organized, and results-oriented Chief of Staff to support the CEO in overseeing cross-functional operations, ensuring alignment between crucial business initiatives, and driving the company's success. This role will be instrumental in managing projects and coordinating strategies across various functions, including manufacturing, hardware development, software engineering, product design, and marketing. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate effective planning, communication, and execution of company-wide goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the CEO to define and prioritize critical business strategies, set organizational goals, and translate these into actionable plans across departments. Ensure that each department is aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Serve as the point of contact for major projects across manufacturing, hardware, software, product design, and marketing teams.
• Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve workflow. Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked and met.
• Corporate Communications: Collaborate with the CEO to prepare and deliver internal and external communications, including board reports, executive summaries, and company-wide updates. Help shape messaging that supports the company's mission, vision, and goals.
• Advisory Role to the CEO: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights for important choices, strategies, and organizational changes. Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO and ensure follow-up on critical actions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in project management, strategy, or operational roles, with exposure to manufacturing, hardware, software, product design, or marketing industries. Experience in a Chief of Staff or similar guiding position is preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong thoughtful and insightful abilities, with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measure outcomes.
• Project Management Expertise: Solid project management skills, including experience with managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Problem Solving: Proven track record of finding solutions to complex challenges and improving processes to drive efficiency and results.
