We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Chief of Staff to support the CEO in our Arlington, Virginia headquarters. You will help drive the success of the business by handling the day-to-day activities of the CEO's office, in partnership with her Executive Assistant. The role is highly strategic and facilitative; one that requires a combination of analysis and project management skills, as well as a willingness to be both a behind-the scenes and client-facing contributor.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, who thrives in fast-paced environments. We are looking for a highly resourceful individual who is self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will support a dynamic, and high-growth team, at an exciting moment for our organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop the agenda for weekly leadership meetings to ensure that meetings are strategic in nature and move the business forward;
  • Attend meetings, capture major take-aways, and work with the leadership team to ensure proper follow up
  • Develop an internal communications plan specific to the CEO's office;
  • Draft regular internal communications to staff and leadership that ensures regular touchpoints for the CEO with employees and teams;
  • Organize deep dive sessions on strategic business initiatives;
  • Own priorities and strategic projects as assigned by the CEO;
  • Assist with measurement and tracking of priorities;
  • Support the CEO with preparation of reports and other communications for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Anticipate and proactively manage tasks for the CEO and prepare CEO for external meetings;
  • Travel, at times, with the CEO to meetings and functions outside of our headquarters;
  • Work with the CEO's Executive Assistant to ensure day-to-day meeting preparations are ready.


What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience supporting C-Level executives, working in corporate communications, or management consulting;
  • Excellent organizational skills and consistent attention to detail;
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Ability to take and give feedback and consistently work to achieve better results;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a dependable and consistent work ethic.
