This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff - REMOTE. In this role, you will act as the operational right hand to the President of a multi-entity organization focused on educational equity. You will drive cross-functional execution, lead projects, and maintain a culture of accountability within the organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that the President's vision translates into actionable goals. With a commitment to educational advocacy and a collaborative style, you will enhance the effectiveness of the operational team while navigating various organizational entities.

Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive organizational priorities.

  • Requirements

  • Commitment to educational equity and mission-driven work.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within political or nonprofit environments.
  • Familiarity with 501(c)(4), PAC, or multi-entity advocacy structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Strong cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning competencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing staff with a supportive leadership style.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
